1. "Delicious and Easy: Quick Salmon Recipes for a Stress-Free Dinner"

Looking for quick, easy and fresh recipes for dinner? No worries. Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy! Melanin FlaVA Inc.; has gotten you covered. This simple recipe is fresh and delicious. Rather you're a skillet expert or a pro at using the Air fryer. This dish will surely satisfy your taste buds. Let's dive in shall we?!"

First you'll need:


*8-10oz. Fresh cut Atlantic Salmon (Frozen Salmon is okay to use once thawed completely)

*Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 tbsp)

*Lemon & Herb Old Bay Seasoning (1 tsp)

*A pinch of Himalayan Salt

*A dash of Black pepper

*A piece of Thyme (1/2 in. stem)

*Fresh cut yellow Squash (Butter nut squash is good too) 1/4 cup

*Freshly cut Cherry organic tomato (1/2 cup)

*Black Olives (1/4 cup)

*Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)

*Garlic Herb Butter


Place your salmon in your skillet/air fryer (If using Air Fryer place setting to Grill for 12 min.) Add seasonings to desire taste and liking.

Be sure to give equal amount of cooking time for each side of salmon if using a skillet.

If more Olive oil is needed feel free to add another Tbsp to pan. Pan sear on Low-Med heat for approx. 10-15 min.


Next place washed and cut veggies into a steamer with

include 1-2 tbsp Garlic herb Butter with a little Himalayan Salt & Black Pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.


Voila!!! A complete & refreshing recipe for dinner!
